it seems for the past month or so, our weekends has been booked with trips, meetings, charity visits, lunches, dinners, movie nights, birthdays etc etc. and i am really tired. gone are the days where we all will lepak (hang out) at home and just bum around in front of the tv, or do some gardening, jogging at the park, walking around the taman, or my favourite past time now (provided that it is windy) - kite flying!! speaking about kites, hubby and i have had experiences flying kites when we were younger, however since (our forces combined) we have had bought 3 kites, of which all never did take off properly (what more fly!). so once and for all we bought a kite worth rm 15 at kuala terengganu, and it is flying as high as the birds!! wheee.. i am so happy.

back to the weekend headache. last saturday, our home fellowship members took a trip to Templer's Park. more on that will be in my jalanjalancariidea blog. that night itself we went to watch The Mummy Returns. then on sunday it was church in the morning, football in the evening and dinner after that. monday morning saw me on the run registering son for primary one. omg. a whole new school again. so far in his 6 years, he has gone to 1 day care cum nursery school and 2 kindergarten school. and now come 5th jan 2009, our little boy is not so little anymore.

when i went to his new school i saw about 6 primary one classes listed on the board with about 20 to 30 students each in the class. so that would amount to 180 or so students enrolled for primary one next year. not bad. but i remembered being the 300th parent to register their kid for this school. oh my. the shortlisting of students must have been gruelling. all in total for puchong area, there are 3 chinese primary schools. yak chee, han ming and ladang harcroft. hope the rest of the students will get a place of their choice.

and as for today, once again i was on the run trying to settle some management fees for one of our houses. boy, i really dislike messy accounts some time. how i wish people would do everything right the first time, so that confusion and frustration would not happen 3 years later. finally got that settled, and off i went to our s&p lawyer. signed off some cheques, then went home. ate lunch, picked up son and soon in about 5 minutes time i am off again to my in laws place to celebrate bro in law's birthday. gosh what a day. what happened to Rest and Relax plan la. sigh.. hopefully tomorrow i can take a rest. by the way i will be sharing one part of 'Getting Pregnant' chapter tomorrow... FOOD!!

hee hee. till then, have a great tuesday (whatever is left of it)!
