one of the most sought professional careers nowadays. the ability to be on top of your constitutional laws and acts are definitely a must in this profession. as an accountant i did some law papers way back in my uni years. company law was one of it, and it really took literally super mind powers to remember the acts and the sections and the subsection, and surprisingly i scored big time in this paper. of course it was only for exams, cos i am not very good in remembering things and applying what i learned in my text into real life.
so kudos to all lawyers, and my sis is one of them.
i have had a few encounters with lawyers the past few years. most of them was from the bank's lawyers, my s&p lawyers and litigation lawyers. but the one lawyer that will not be erased from my mind was of course my family lawyer. she helped me in ensuring that my custodianship and legal stuff concerning my past are all in proper order. now i really do not have to worry about any surprises or legal fights etc. i am fully secured.
i am sure that you have your lawyers tucked safely away and kept for rainy days, just in case you get sued for something that you know you had not done, or identity theft for that matter. gosh, it is quite rampant nowadays, isn't it. hubby received a letter from a telco company for a phone number that was created under his name and was not paid for several years, amounting to rm4k!! what! he lost his ic, so this is really bad.
do check out lexington attorney if you need any reference or help. they might help you in your problems and come out with solutions that you never would have think of. they are lawyers after all - sharp, witty, opportunist and projectionist. sis, don't kembang ok.
