I managed to cringe, winge, shouted, oohhs, aahhs my way through MU and Chelsea match this morning. That was the most antagonizing match I have ever witnessed. Ronaldo!! What lah!

I gave up after that, saying to hubby that Chelsea's gonna win and went to bed, just when John Terry (Chelsea's captain) missed his penalty. Hubby was shouting (mind you, it was 6 am!!), asking me to come out, then practically chocked me with glee. So I sat down. Still got hope.

Then the next MU player sailed through.

Okay, it is Chelsea's turn now. Will MU goalie Van de Sar do a miracle and stop the ball.

Chelsea's Nicolas Anelka stepped up to the penalty box, took a few steps back, lunge forward, kicked........ and... SAVED!!!!!

Van de Sar did it!. He was declared MU's hero for the day and clearly he is the man of the match. (Again, no thanks to Ronaldo for missing his penalty).




That was 6 hours ago. I only had 1 hour of sleep after that before I had to wake up to send son to school. Then I stayed up to check on the Davids. And now since I only have 2 more hours before I have to pick up my son, I think I will catch some zzzsss..

I am still wondering how I can stay up this long. Maybe it's the adrenaline pumping.

Well, it was worth my beauty sleep..
