Okay, who has seen this reality tv show? Raise up your hands!

I have been following quite dilligently I might say, and it is pretty exhilirating to see a fellow Sabahan competing in this show.
It is none other than Valerie Vanessa Ebal Anus..

This show is similar with America's Next Top Model, minus the Top Model, except for Elaine (if you consider her a top model, cos she is a host and actress as well, and not really that much on modelling). She was one of the judges, and of course the other judge is our fellow blogger, Kenny Sia.
The difference with this reality show is that you will never get it on tv, cos it is not on tv. It is right here at our own backyard - the Net of course.
Hubby was asking why was it not on tv. I told him, maybe there was a bigger audience on the Net and more overseas people can watch it. But then again, those contestant, like Alison who was just voted off and has more friends overseas, will not be able to vote for her. Hence the quick and sudden elimination. Poor thing.
On the note on why it is not on tv. Well this is just our opinion, but after seeing pics like this, I am not sure if it will ever pass the censorship board, let alone on tv. Maybe that was it.
My favourite from the beginning was actually Jean, and of course our Valerie, as well as Fiqa. Jean was the more elegant, intelligent and demure kind. Well of course la, she is studying pharmacy in IMU. Unfortunately she had to go due to university commitments. Sigh. What la.
Fiqa, a mix Malay and Chinese parentage is also not bad. She is both open-minded as well as down to earth and she got my respect when she told her aunt not to show the episode to her mum, on where she had to model in a pretty short shorts.
Okay la. Gotta give them some credit to actually pose that sexy on the Net. I mean, it is for the competition right. But, frankly, for me, I will not let my baby girl expose herself like that. I am still that oriental, conservative type of person. Of course I do not wear leggings or long skirts or track bottom all the time, I do have my limits to proper wear when I go out.
Even though if I do wear revealing stuff, I make sure that I am with hubby or with a group of friends. I guess it is my own phobia (well that one is another story).
Till then, enjoy the show. If you wanna vote, I guess for me Valerie is your choice, cos she is our 'gang', so called. If not, then vote who you would think deserve this title.
Vote wisely, OK!

You know, I've always wanted to catch this but somehow it never was my priority.. hence, lupa!!! all the time! Now I'll go check it out.. Thanks for reminding! :D
wow! This is cool. Those girls are gorgeous. Thanks for sharing this.
syura: no probs. enjoy the make-overs and drama and sometimes a lil bit of corniness here and there.
hi sweetiepie.
some of them have natural beauty and some of them have enhaced their look with makeup and stuff. sure hope malaysia will vote for a lady with depth and intelligence, instead of just based on looks and how sexy they are.
cheers!!
I don't really follow this. Which is atrocious, since Vale is the sister of a really good friend. But I tried, and I couldn't stand it. *sigh* So all I do now is just wait for my other friends to update me on what's happening with the girls. :D
really haizum. such a small world. it is part and parcel of the competition anyway.
i will update on any big issues or elimination from time to time.
:)
